Comments: 1 found the certification and permit for WQ0014599 (Spring
Lake Hills) and am faxing them to you. All that was in central files with
regards to W00016255's certification was a copy of the letter that is sent
saying that the plans were being forwarded to the FRO (I believe this is the
letter you said you had). Let me know if I can be of further assistance. Have
a good weekend.

The Spring Lake Hills, Pinehurst project does not have a permit number, nor are we able
to locate the project in our database. I have called the engineer, Thomas Stewart Blue, and he
states that the project is built off a system constructed before permits were issued. There is a
possibility that the system was built without applying for a recent permit. We would appreciate it
if you could please verify this for us.
If it would be helpful to discuss this matter further, please contact Derek Parr at (919)
