Pursuant to your request dated March 18, 2020, impacts to approximately 600 linear feet of the North Fork of the New
River for bank stabilization at 324 Roy Kemp Road, near Creston, NC is approved. No written authorization (other than
this email) will be provided and there are no special conditions of your permit authorization. The work is authorized in
accordance with the attached Nationwide Permit #27 and its associated conditions which is set to expire March 18,
