Comments:
Staff visited the site on September 17th. Applicant requests approval for the construction of a
retaining wall for erosion control and shoreline stabilization. The wall is to extend approximately 2 ft,
above full pond rather than the 4 ft, as implied in the application.
It appears that a significant amount of fill was used to construct the home. Due to the slope of the
lot, there is severe runoff. The wall should help reduce sediment deposition into the lake.
Recommend approval,
