A North Carolina Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) Fisheries Resource Specialist has
reviewed the Division of Water Resources application for proposed actions that may
impact fish and fish habitats. The proposed project, ID number 20190575, is located on
Worthington Road, Winterville, within Pitt County. The closest waterway is Fork Swamp
Canal, of the Neuse River Basin. DMF has no comment to provide on the project, and is
submitting this response to fulfill your permitting requirements. Please contact James
