A North Carolina Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) Fisheries Resource Specialist has
reviewed the Division of Water Resources application for proposed actions that may
impact fish and fish habitats. The proposed project, ID number 20200464, is located at
7724 Caddy Road in Garner, within Brunswick County. The closest waterway is Swift
Creek, of the Upper Neuse River. DMF has no comment to provide on the project, and is
submitting this response to fulfill your permitting requirements. Please contact James
