Please discontinue the use of the DroD-down Box for the "No Reportina Reason" for "Continuous Flow."
Continuous Flow must be reported 365 days per year. Send a revised EDMR with the flows to Raleigh per the EDMR
Guidebook, "Facility Reporting Guide," revised 12/9/16. Also, if the Temperature and pH were left off
inadvertently, please add those to the amended EDMR.
Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct any noted problems. The Division of
Water Resources may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional violations.
