A review of the November 2017 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the subject facility revealed the
violation(s) indicated below:

In the comments section of the November 2017 EDMR, the operator makes note of page 46 of the "Facility
Reporting Guide" to justify reporting a twice a month sampling event which occurred in October and November
of 2017.
A review of that paragraph on page 46 of the Facility Reporting Guide reveals that it is referring to "Weekly"
sampling requirements which may occur in a split week within two months.
The ammonia sampling requirement in your NPDES permit is for "2X/ Month" and means two sampling events
per month; it has nothing to do with "split weeks" within two months.
It was also noted that the EDMR was marked "Compliant" when in fact it should have been marked
"Non -Compliant" because it did not meet the frequency requirements of your NPDES permit.

Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct any noted problems. The Division of
Water Resources may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional violations.
