Hello Alan, we were hired to construct the shoreline and have not been on the site to perform any
work to date. We didn't know anything about this buffer until today. Is there anything else we
can do or that you would need from us to perform the shoreline work? Appreciate your

See the aerial below. It shows a wooded buffer. As approval for the shoreline, a
buffer restoration is going to be required. Planting of tree could be

does not provide adequate information. If clearing is
required, then the number of trees should be specified
and replacement trees must be on site at time of
construction. Otherwise, the permit will be issued with
only approval to remove trees along the immediate
shoreline. Typically, there is adequate distance to work
between trees utilizing properly sized equipment.
