This letter is in response to the above NOV dated April 24, 2020 and received by James
& James on or about April 30, 2020. The violation was for the month of December 2019.
This frequency violation is for the second week of December. At that time the plant had
no flow therefore sampling was not available.
We would appreciate consideration of any assessments.
