The final plans and specifications for the subject project have beau reviewed
and found to be satisfactory. Authorisation is hereby granted for the coustruttion
of a uine (9) step cascade aerator to serve that Burnsville Wastewater Treatment
Plant.
This Authorisation to Construct is issued in accordance with Part III paragraph
C of NPDES Permit No. NCO020290 issued Aujust 12, 1961, and shall be subject to
revocatiou unless the wastavater treatment facilities are constructed in accordance
with toe conditions mud limitations specified in Permit No. EC0020290.
