In accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency/North Carolina NPDES Program
Memorandum of Agreement, we have completed the review of the draft North Carolina Department
of Environment and Natural Resources (NC DENR) National Pollutant Discharge Elimination
System (NPDES) permit referenced above and have no comments or objections to the current draft
permit conditions.
We request that we be afforded an additional review opportunity of a proposed final permit
if significant changes are made to the permit prior to issuance, or if valid and significant comments
to the permit are received. Otherwise, please send one copy of the final permit when issued.
