7201 Henry Furr Drive is located in Cabarrus County, North Carolina. Part of the site was
developed before September 1, 2000. On October 15, 2004 a conditional use site plan was
approved to build a 7,200 square foot building. This building was not constructed; however, the
owner is proposing a new building that is 4,000 square foot. There will not be additional
impervious area added from the original approved plan.
The property is not within a water supply watershed. The receiving stream is Rocky River
(stream class C — index number 13-17). It lies within zone "X" according to FEMA map
3710557ooK and 37105567ooL both effective November 16, 2018.
