DMSDF: Please provide the weight equivalent for a "scoop" in future submittals so the total dry tons recorded on form DMSDF can be assessed against the customer distribution log. Fecal Coliform: Quarterly samples were collected and all appear to be less than 1000 MPN/g Non-hazardous waste characterization: Required once per permit cycle for source residuals and final product. Facility analyzed ignitibility, corrosivity and reactivity in 2019 for the source residuals and final product. A full characterization will be required before the end of the permit cycle. The new permit went into effect August 1, 2019 and will expire on June 30, 2024. Metal & Nutrients: metals and nutrient analysis appeared to be in compliance with all regulatory limits. SAR was below 10. Metals and Nutrients analysis will be required for the source residuals before permit expiration in 2024. Pathogen and Vector Attraction Reduction: All temperatures appeared to meet the requirements of PFRP Compost and VAR method 14-day aerobic. Also, please ensure when assessing the 14-day start that the temperature is above 40 degrees and not equal to 40.
