Re: Treehouses on Kerr (Formerly Fowler Tract)
Sewer Permit Modification (WQ0033304)
New Hanover County
CSD Project No. 06-0093
Dear Mr. Hunkele:
APR 16 2020
The enclosed permit modification application is for +/- 538 LF of 8" private gravity sewer main to serve the
Treehouses on Kerr, a proposed 18-lot residential development in New Hanover Co. The original permit was
for 459 LF of main, so the revised alignments have exceeded the 10% allowance. The new mains will connect
to an existing CFPUA main that runs through the site. We also need to have the project name updated on the
new permit. There is no change in the flow allocation. The main will be installed by the developer and owned
and maintained by CFPUA. Enclosed please find:
- One (1) original Fast Track Sewer Application (FTA 04-16)
- $480.00 application fee, check #1048
- Street view map
- One (1) copy of original permit WQ0033304
If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact us. Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
11-1--leA
Mike Broyhill
