the volume of wastewater to be permitted in this project has been evaluated along the route to the receiving
wastewater treatment facility and that the flow from this project is not anticipated to cause any capacity
related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station en route to the receiving
treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation of the planned improvements
identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This analysis has been performed in accordance
with local established policies and procedures using the best available data. This certification applies to
those items listed above in Sections I and II plus all attached planning assessment addendums for which I

April 2020
This project is a proposed 163 Lot residential subdivision. The purpose of this
modification is to permit the remaining 143 lots of this project. Previously, under permit
WQ0038128, this project was permitted with only 20 lots. The previous permit also included
8,700 feet of 8-inch gravity sewer, and a 180 GPM pump station with 2,053 feet of 6-inch force
main.
The WWTP for this project is now certified with an additional 75,000 GPD, and can
treat the remainder of this project. 85 of these lots drain towards the existing pump station,
named "Stateside Blvd" and the remaining 78 drain towards the proposed pump station "Bennet
PI IV". Total percent of flow used for the W WTP, including the proposed 143 lots, would now
be at 77.6%.
