Subject: Rescission of NPDES Permit NCO027987
Stoneville Quarry
Rockingham County
The Division has received your request to rescind the subject permit,
and we do not object to your request. Accordingly NPDES permit NCO027987 is
hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This letter is to close the permit
file for the Division, and for your company.
If in the future your firm wishes to discharge wastewater to the State's
surface waters, it must first apply for and receive a new NPDES permit.
