DATE: April 28, 2020

A North Carolina Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) Fisheries Resource Specialist has
reviewed the Division of Water Resources application for proposed actions that may
impact fish and fish habitats. The proposed project is located along Highway 87, in
Brunswick County. The closest waterway is Boiling Spring Lake, of the Cape Fear river
basin. DMF has no comment to provide on the project, and is submitting this response to
