This plan update is to address the removal of 7 waste application fields from the WUP. Fields
being removed are fields 21, 22, 24, 29A, 296, 30, and 31 all on tract 371. These fields
represent a total of 47.8 acres of the previously 215.9 acres of application fields. The new total
acres for land application in the WUP will be 168.1 acres which is approximately twice the
amount of land required to land apply the waste produced from their permitted 200 milk cow
dairy operation. With this amendment to the WUP, no land ppUfication of animal waste shall
occur on fields 21, 22, 24, 29A, 296, 30, or 31 of tract 371.
