The facility appeared to be in compliance with the monitoring and reporting requirements specified in Permit No. WQ0019960. Pathogen and Vector Attraction Reduction: Facility met pathogen reduction by Alt. 1 Fecal Density and Vector Attraction Reduction through Alt. 4 SOUR. Non-hazardous waste characterization: All parameters appear to meet regulatory requirements. Metals and Nutrients: Metals did not exceed ceiling concentrations or cumulative pollutant loading rates. lbs. PAN per acre did not exceed the optimal rate for Fescue. SAR was below 10. Soil Fertility Analysis: Recommend monitoring phosphorus levels for fields R1, R2, and F3 as the P-I reported on the soils report is considered "very high". Phosphorus removal of Fescue in McDowell County for Hayesville loam 6-15% slope (HAC) is approximately 75 lbs/acre.
