Director Division of Water Quality January 16, 2007 DWQ Project # 00-1388, Ver. 2 Wake County CERTIFIED MAIL: RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED Mr. Bruce Herbert Willow Creek, LLC 201 Shannon Oaks Circle, Suite 201 Cary, NC 27511 Subject Property: Willow Creek Subdivision Ut to Black Creek [030404, 27-45-(1), BSIV, NSW] REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION Dear Mr. Herbert: On January 8, 2007, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated January 4, 2007, to impact 0.10 acres of 404/wetland, 20 linear feet of perennial stream and 0.00 square feet of Zone 1 Neuse River basin protected riparian buffers and 0.00 square feet of Zone 2 Neuse River basin protected riparian buffers to construct the proposed residential subdivision. The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive five copies of the additional information requested below, we will have to move toward denial of your application as required by 1 SA NCAC 2H .0506 and will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: 1. Please indicate all buffer impacts on the site plan. 2. Please show Zone 1 -and Zone 2 of the buffer as an overlay on your site plan. 3. Please locate any planned sewer lines on the site plan. 4. Please provide an inventory of proposed project imperviousness area based on the estimated built-out conditions. Your calculations do not appear to include driveways. Please contact me in writing and Mike Horan of the DWQ Raleigh Regional Office. If we do not hear from you within three weeks, we will assume that you no longer want to pursue this project and we will consider the project as withdrawn. This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested; within your application are not authorized (at this time) by the DWQ.
