Since our telephone conversation on December 2, 1994, I have spoken with Ms. Katrina Morrision, Mayor of the Town of Taylortown, and Mr. Miles Robinson, P.E., consulting engineer. Ms. Morrision believed that the downstream pump station has been permitted, but not constructed. Mr. Robinson, however, believed that no application for permit has yet been submitted for the sewer between the Olmstead Village system and the pump station. Please clarify this discrepancy in writing so the Divison can continue its review. Please also verify that the Town of Taylortown is the correct applicant (the original application listed "Olmstead Village W. Ltd. Partnership" as applicant and you as the signing offical). Refer to the subject permit application number when providing the requested information. Also, please note that failure to provide this additional information on or before December 19, 1994 will subject your application to being returned as incomplete, in accordance with 15A NCAC 2H .0208. s P.O.
