Thanks for reaching out this morning, your email had slipped off my screen and out of my mind.
It appears that I incorrectly checked the "Yes" box in Paragraph VI, item 3. of the FTA 04-16 form.
Tom Holderby (managing member of Woodland Heights of Burlington Phase 3, LLC), the developer intends to retain
ownership of the sewer system to be placed in Woodland Heights of Burlington Phase 3. Tom has no plans to sell the
system and intends to maintain the system as the owner. The units in the development are planned to be rental units,
similar to those he owns next door.
I have attached a revised page 2 of 5 of the FTA 04-16 form in case you need it.

Heights of Burlington Phase 3.
As we discussed a paper copy will be delivered tomorrow, we'll drop it off in the box on the third floor in an envelope
addressed to your attention.
