A North Carolina Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) Fisheries Resource Specialist has
reviewed the NC Division of Water Resources application for proposed actions that may
impact fish and fish habitats. The proposed project is located at Castle Hayne Park, within
New Hanover County. The closest waterway is Prince George Creek, of the Cape Fear river
basin. DMF has no comment to provide on the project, and is submitting this response to
