In a DWQ response to my buffer authorization request dated October 23, 2009, additional information was requested on
the following project:
Agassi Court Drainage Rehabilitation Project, Cary
Long Branch (030402, 2743-2.8 WSIII, NSW)
DWQ Project # 2009-0992
In that letter, I was asked to respond within 30 days of the above mentioned letter. I am formally asking for an extension to
this submittal time to December 14, 2009.
Please let me know if that an extension is possible.

For any full buffer project reviews, we need three hardcopy submittals with all attachments. At the time we receive them the 60-day
clock starts for us to do a full review and get comments back to you.
I can't do a full review of what you submitted, but I can tell from the pictures that there is a serious flooding problem in this area, so
there is definite potential for a buffer authorization in this scenario for protection of existing structures (the houses and roads).
Annette and I both would be reviewing this project after it's submitted.
