The Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) received and reviewed the 2019 Annual Report for the above
permit. The report reflects there was no distribution or land application of residuals conducted under this
permit in 2019.
In addition, your current permit is due to expire on July 31st, 2020. The MRO does not have record of a
permit renewal having been submitted. The renewal application was due within 6 months of expiration, on or
about January 31St, 2020. You may now file renewal applications electronically; And, may find that
information and renewal forms on our Non -Discharge permitting web -site at:

Per your records, this permit has not been utilized for distribution in recent years. Should you
