I will handle it, but I have asked them to send you a copy of the new plans for your file. I am also waiting on DCM to let me know if DWQ # 030505 is located within the 575' ORW. If so they need to apply through CAMA. I may just put it hold today if I don't get an answer. I have spoke to the applicant and he is aware of what is going on. Any thoughts on DWQ #030312 (Donnie Lewis Project). Do we need to officially deny the project? Thanks, Noelle Noelle Lutheran <Noelle.Lutheran@ncmail.net> 1 of 1 6/10/03 10:27 AM file:///Untitled Noelle - I'm doing tracking/tardies today and there's a couple here that don't quite fit right into eitht category: 03-0025, Phillip Tripp, Onslow Co. - He first requested a NW18 on 1/10/03, which was triage-issued on 1/27/03. That 401 included deed notifications, cert of completion, and a buffer condition (see attached copy). I guess somewhere along the way he found out he needed a CAMA Permit, so on 4/25/03 we got copied on the CAMA field report. CAMA trumps 404, so it'll need another 401 for the CAMA GC. When you issue that 401, please include the conditions from the first 401 along with others you include. The clock goes until June 23, 2003. 03-0505, Mark Merrell, Carteret - Our received stamp says Mar 24, 2003, in which case the clock expired on May 22 and it's waived. However, the file folder says it was rec'd 4/24/03, and it was triaged 4/25/03. I think it was stamped in incorrectly, so the clock goes until June 22, 2003. I also think April is the real received date because I probably would have caught it in the file drawer while doing tardies. I of 1 5/28/03 10:58 AM Date: 4- ?
