Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov Hello Bethany, Based on a February 2020 site visit to the Old Fort, NC facility for Columbia Forest Products, SLR confirmed that some of the previously identified stormwater outfalls are actually culverted spring water and should not be recorded as stormwater outfalls.
