The Moore County Water Pollution Control Facilities hereby agrees to condition-
ally accept up to 2,750 gallons per day of wastewater from the referenced
project in accordance with a request of May 11, 1989 by Pinehurst Sanitary
Company.
Upon completion of the referenced project, the applicant's engineer is
to provide this office with the following items:
1. Infiltration in gallons per day.
2. Certification of completion as defined by NC Statutory Require-
ments #143-215.1; Section 2-H.0220.
After Moore County has received a copy of the certification of completion,
our office will provide a final acceptance statement.
