Specifications may be omitted for delegated authorities. Each sheet of the plans and the first page of the specifications must be signed and sealed Three copies of the existing permit if a renewal or modification. C. The appropriate permit processing fee, in accordance with 15A NCAC 2H .0205(c)(5). d. If the owner/authority of the wastewater treatment facility (WWTF) that will be accepting the wastewater flow from this project is different from the applicant of the project, then a letter must be provided from the owner/authority of the WWTF specifying the volume of flow that will be accepted. The letter should be a recent letter and should refer to the project by the same name as that identified on the application and the plans/specifications. e. The following items must be addressed before we can complete our review: This application is for the addition of 960 GPD of flow to the Longleaf Subdivision, specifically the Steeplechase Way section of Longleaf Subdivision. The Longleaf Subdivision has a sewer permit WQ0001900 and as of the last modification (April 25, 1994) had a total allocated flow of 203,500 GPD. The submitted application for Longleaf - Steeplechase Way stated 68 units have been permitted under WQ0001900 for a total of 32,640 GPD. What is the remaining flow for WQ0001900 used for? Why isn't Steeplechase Way included in the WQ0001900 permit? Please submit a description of the flow in Longleaf Subdivision. 2. Please provide the Professional Engineer's signature and seal in the location specified on page 5 of 6 of the submitted application. ' 3.
