At the time of the inspection the larger train had had an upset. Some blowers went out and caused the aeration basin to drop in DO and kill of large amounts of bugs. This was also causing problems in the filters and the effluent was cloudy. Turbidity was running around 15 at teh time of the inspection and was being diverted to the 5 day pond. The smaller train was functioning properly. Daniel Long still hauls the sludge for the facility, but it is now being taken to Conway for disposal. The grease problem they were having at the facility seems to be under control. Mr. Long is now taking care of the grease trap at the club house reataurant. The control panel still hasn't been replaced. It is rusty and there are holes in the panel that allow bugs and animals access to wiring. It is not critical at this point but should be addressed in the near future to avoid causing problems with the functionality of the plant. Generator and transfer switch functioning. Alarm in EQ and visual alarm. No audible. An audible alarm would be recommended. 5 day pond FB was 2.5' Irrigation pond FB was 4' The irrigation fields were not observed at the time of the inspection. The SI operator was not present at inspection.
