I Robb, here is a new drawing of my Garage building proposal including the Cistern and where the shed is currently located and just
the 22X28 Garage structure which fits into my original layout only utilizing already disturbed area...
Since the PDF version seems to cut part of my presentation off, I will have to include my original MS project version drawing along
with what it looks like today... Please let me know if you have issues reading MS Project files...
Thanks,
Dom

Hi Robb, thanks for getting back to me... Sorry yes the Cistern would still be in approximately in the same place, I was going to put it
the same comer but adding that smaller section that would actually be within the setbacks and draining the water to the same
Cistern... I can fill out another form for that one if needed... Let me know what you think to move forward...
Thanks

I received your proposal, and sorry for the delay. I am trying to catch up since I was out the last couple weeks on leave
and training. Looking at your proposal, the new 22'x28' garage would be in the same foot print as what's been issued
under our buffer authorization 92018-0690, but the new 12'x20' structure would be outside of the footprint. Is this
structure enclosed or un-covered? Also, is the cistern still proposed?
Thanks,

If so, do you have any feedback as to what can be done...

Hi Robb, Brad Connell and Tim Brothers were at my property last Friday morning reviewing what we could do with my wall. When
we completed the inspection and review for the wall, we discussed the proposed garage structure that I have a CAMA and Minor
CAMA permit for and I simply do not have enough space to put up my garage with the current plans that I got submitted and
approved. Brad mentioned that even though the set back goes into my existing driveway I should be able to put a garage structure
over the already disturbed areas (driveway and walk way) that are on the water side of my property.
When I applied for the CAMA permit I was going by the existing structure for measurement of my garage proposal. I went back
down to the building department and they said that I needed to work with you to get the permission for the proposed structure which
now will only be on the existing disturbed areas (driveway and walk way). The other option is to apply for a variance but I think that
is what I'm asking for...
Any help and guidance on the best way to move forward with this request will be much appreciated...
Thanks in advance for your help...
Dom

Hey Brad it's been a while since I have talked to you about my projects here at 1046 Sea Gate Drive, Newport... I have been working
with Timmy Brothers on planning to replace my existing wooden sea wall with a vinyl sea wall. I already have a CAMA and Minor
CAMA permit to put up a 24X36 garage on my property which I had to get all of my neighbor's approvals. Do I need to do that all
again or can I use the same signed forms that I needed for the CAMA permit?

Hi Robb, since hurricane Florence, I have noticed that some of my natural sea wall (rocks) have sunken down some and I also
noticed that on my other abutting lot which is consolidated now is a wood wall with almost no stone/rock to protect it from the
constant barrage of high waves coming in daily from the wake of boats large and small going buy especially during the spring
summer and fall. My concern is that the current wooden wall is already showing major signs of deterioration due to this constant
barrage of waves etc. When this wall collapse which it will eventually it will really make a mess and cost big bucks to clean up and
rebuild. So instead of waiting for that event to happen, I would like to know how I can go about having some natural sea stone
brought in to shore up my existing wall and create a more natural setting that will protect my shoreline with natural sea wall stones
instead of a wooden wall...
Thanks in advance for any advice or help you can provide me with...
Regards,
Dom
