Hi Kristin,
Please do not send any of the collection letters to City of Albemarle. They are going to be covered under SOC very soon
and all of these cases are going to be held in abeyance during the course of the SOC with them paying all the
enforcement costs as an upfront penalty. Albemarle has submitted payment already. I have one of the checks and Bob
Sledge has the other. As soon as I am able to get to the office, I will forward the other check to you. This will account
for the entire upfront penalty. The entire remaining "penalty" amounts will be held in abeyance. Derek has the
information.

Charles found a few additional cases with the wrong amount so $760.28 is the correct amount. We will not send a
demand letter based on your previous email chain and notes on COVID-19.

This enforcement is not correct. LV-2020-0099 is for $760.28 that covers violations in December 2019. Plus the
company has contacted us (including CO) regarding issues paying this amount in 30 days due to COVID-19, which we are
working with them.
Are you sure this case # is the one you are sending collection demands on?
