Thank you for update for this project. (DWR# 20190514). Since it is a reduction in impacts and not a drastic
change in environmental review, a formal certification modification is not necessary and this information is
suffice for our needs. You can consider the project covered by your current 401 and we'll track these minor
changes in our records.

AMT has revised the project to exclude a portion of the original design. The original permitted impacts will no longer be
a part of this project since the sidewalk will not be constructed in that area. We will have new impacts that were not
part of the original plans due to the multiuse path being realigned to move away from the roadway instead of against

the roadway as shown in the original plans. The original impacts were for 0.08 ac of wetlands (0.03 ac of permanent fill
and 0.05 ac of mechanized clearing). The revised path will impact 0.01 ac of wetlands (182 sf of permanent fill and 239
sf of mechanized clearing). The overall impacts for the redesign are much less than the original permit impacts. I'm
attaching the original plans and the revised plan. Please let me know if you need any additional information to modify
the permit. Thanks.
