I received the email text below from our Budget group.
Please note that if you want to change the Owner name for Certificate of Coverage (CoC) NCG500110, you must
complete and submit the attached form. There is no fee for this action, but we do need the new entity's full legal name
and a contact person, address, etc.
Similarly, we cannot delete a Billing contact person in our system and replace that person with a position name. We
require a human person's name to whom correspondence — including bills — can be sent.
If you are no longer the appropriate contact for these 3 CoCs, please tell us who is.
The address you provided for future invoices is in Scottsdale, AZ. The current mailing address we have for you is in
Minneapolis, MN. Has your contact information changed, or are you no longer affiliated with these sites?
