Storm Bypass behind the building is just picking up offsite drainage and bypassing stormwater control measure since runoff is not part of our development. As discussed, if it outlet needs to move south we can make that change. We cannot move SCM behind the building because that is the highest portion of site. There is a required landscape buffer. This is a headwater system but all of the features save for Tributary A are extremely eroded (approximately 10') and very low quality. 1) The sewer easement is existing, nothing new there is proposed. 2) The impacts near the southwestern corner are for construction of the stormwater control measure. 3) As for the SW discharge, I'll have to run that by the project engineer. I will say given the amount of erosion/incision that has occurred I doubt these features are at risk of "drying up". 4) I'm not seeing where there is a road beside the stream.
