All impacts vdll be under threshold and temporary. Crossings are to be installed perpendicular to jurisdictional features, wth the road crossing planned
at the upper end of the stream reach to minimize disturbance and the utility alignment at the narrowest reaches of stream 2 and wetlands 1 (and
associated wetlands) and planned to be perpendicular to Link Creek to minimize linear footage of disturbance.
1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques:
Road crossing is under mitigation threshold. The plans for construction are designed to avoid and minimize impacts to the wetland and streams.
Installation of the sanitary sewer will only have temporary impacts that will be restored, as noted above. The construction corridor is the minimum
needed to achieve the project goals.
