The following are the corrections that must be made on your next NOI submission:
• Ala& D8 -project name must match what is written on the Letter of Approval.
• A7,8 -provided coordinates are for a location 19 miles away. Coordinates must be project site specific.
• Al2 - must match what is on the Letter of Approval.
• A15 -write out the complete waterbody name as it's listed on the NC Surface Water Classifications map.
• B8 - King Holdings of Fayetteville, LLC is a business entity, so the ownership type is "Non-Government."
• D8 -NOI Certification Form must be dated.
