I guessing the WAS perhaps. The stalked ciliates usually dominate at the end of the process. The filamentous bacterial isn't something Y60 want to see as. too much can result in bulking sludge (poor settling & turbid effluent)_ But here, its reported as "light" so that may not be a problem. 2. As for the next two pages, it looks like that between 5-20 and S-29, the, number of the free-swimming ciliates increased, which is good as the free: swimming ciliates work to remove free -dispersed c3Gteda. They are like No.2 can the food chain. 3. Rotifers are also important.as they help clarify effluent. They are the first affected by toxic Bads though which snakes their absence concerning as there may be some overall toxicity present that may be: hindering the process. 4. Worn count is largely irrelevant as the higher food chain organism don't really contribute to the processing or removal of organic material from the wastewater. Because toxicity may be a concern, they may want to. perform some toxicity testing. The simplest and least expensive is the simple repass / fail test. The WET (Whole Effluent Toxicity) is more accurate; perhaps, but represents a mach higher level of effort and cost,- XZ4"4.
