RE: NCG190110
NCG190109 Smith Creek Boatyard, replied to initial email. Keep in mind this is a boat junkyard and needs a lot of work.
NCG190110 Atlantic Marine Services Center. This is a new addition to the Atlantic Marine Company. They have another
permit on Wrightsville Beach. They have moved all boat work onto the mainland, which is great. They do need to
develop a CLRS for their boat washing area following the deemed permitted requirements. They may have the
beginnings of a SPPP from the other facility. The question is if they have made it site specific. I have spoken to the owner
and manager multiple times. The owner does not spare expenses in getting it right and this will be a top facility in the
area.

Brian,
Hi. I could have combined this NOI with last message, but anyway, I have only one question on this one ... the
application indicated that the facility has a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, but an implementation date was not
indicated. Do you happen to know this, if not, no worries, I can contact the applicant. I figured, I'd check with you first,
just in case. Thx.

Brian,
Hi. I'm processing another one and have a couple of questions
1. A facility lat/long is provided in the NOI
Lat: 34.259010, Long:-77.941420 (appears accurate when comparing with map). Based on the aerial photo
provided with the application, it appears that the discharge for this facility is a little west of this location
(—Lat: 34.259, Long:-77.943). this approximate location is at Smith Creek bank. Would you rather I use the
facility location or the approximate one provided in this message?
2. Question 9b of the application is not answered ... Does the facility have a wastewater discharge? Are you able
to answer that?
Thanks for any assistance that you are able to offer.
