I would suggest 34.258386' ,-77.942935°. In any case, upon re -inspection, this can be worked out. There may be multiple discharges that need to be identified am sure there are wastewater discharges, but this is usually worked out thru education and development of CLRS. I'm processing another one and have a couple of questions 1. A facility lat/long is provided in the NOI Lat: 34.259010, Long:-77.941420 (appears accurate when comparing with map). Based on the aerial photo provided with the application, it appears that the discharge for this facility is a little west of this location (—Lat: 34.259, Long:-77.943). this approximate location is at Smith Creek bank. Would you rather I use the facility location or the approximate one provided in this message? 2. Question 9b of the application is not answered ... Does the facility have a wastewater discharge? Are you able to answer that? Thanks for any assistance that you are able to offer.
