I believe in private property rights, BUT I hope very much that you will address VISUAL AND PHYSICAL
environmental concerns on this property in this permitting process. This is a gorgeous river -and -forest vista
from the Parkway, the interstate and river, and every measure possible should be taken to preserve that as this
project inevitably moves forward. It is in the best interest of everyone, including the developers!
