Thank you! I spoke w/Emily Thompson at the Corps — we will be submitting a NWP 18 for minor impacts to the PEM
swale as part of the proposed solar facility. We will attach your letter to the application when we send it in to
Laserfiche, along with an updated delineation report which removes the S1 stream & buffers.

Sure — April 1 at 10AM works for me, and if we end up needing to reschedule due to the virus that's fine, of course.
I'll let the EMC know. You can pull right in to the driveway there north of Hwy 903. It's a gravel drive that takes you
straight out to the site.

No problem. I was looking at the historic aerials and lidar for the site and kind of felt as though it was a PEM until it hits
somewhere in the woods. We're business as usual to this point. I can meet on April 1, 2020 at 10 AM. I understand the
USACE is shutdown all field operation at this time. Let me know if that works for you.

Thank you for the reminder about using the hard bound published soil survey. A map of the site and delineation
overlain on the soil survey is attached. The mapped stream bisecting the site is really a PEM wetland, so I'd like to meet
you out there at some point to review it. I understand you guys are probably not doing site visits now, though!

The most recent Soil Survey referenced within the Neuse River Riparian Buffer Rules is the hard bound version of the Soil
Survey and not the online version. Please find information concerning the interpretive Ruling and applicable Soil Survey
for your project. In the case of your project, it would be the 1980 USDA Soil Survey for Greene County which you need
as part of a stream determination "Exemption" request.
