First, I apologize for the error in accidentally approving your application when it should have been rejected. The Accept
and Reject buttons are next to each other and this happens sometimes. I learned that you have already paid for the
Certificate of Coverage. When you submit a new eNOI with the correct E&SC project number, your payment will be
applied to the second application, so that you DO NOT have to pay twice. Again, accept my apology and please contact

Hi. The project referenced in the subject line was accidentally approved at the first step. You may have already
received this initial acceptance email message (also attached). The application should have been rejected because in
Part D — No. 2 E&SC Plan Project Number/ID = MOORE-2020-054 (eNOI application), but = MOORE-2020-055 (uploaded
approval). These two numbers must be the same. The E&SC number on NCG01 COC needs to match the number on the

E&SC plan approval. The application will be rejected at the payment step. Please resubmit an application. When
resubmitting, please indicate that this is rejection resubmittal and include Review Construction NOI 24412, the majority
of the application should repopulate. Please contact me with any problems or questions. Thx.
