RGL Business Park is a proposed commercial development which will occupy an
existing vacant lot totaling 2.26 acres located on the East side of North Lake Park Blvd.,
at the intersection of North Lake Park Blvd. and Bertram Dr. in Carolina Beach, New
Hanover County, NC. We are proposing to serve 4 Four commercial buildings. The
requested flow will be for 3,600 GPD (25 gpd/employee * 144 employees). This flow
will be routed to an Existing MH by means of 8" gravity mains with commercial services
proposed for this site. The Existing MH is located approximately 12o' East of the site
located within Bertram Dr. public Right of Way. The flow will ultimately reach the Town
of Carolina Beach treatment plant WWTF Permit No. NCo023256. Stormwater runoff
from this site is discharged to Carolina Beach Yacht Basin, classification SB 18-87-31.2.
