I have received your permit modification request for this project which proposes to increase a previously permitted
impact area by 15-feet and eliminate another previously permitted impact in which the overall permitted impacts will
not change. I don't have any issues/concerns with this change and will include your submittal in our files noting these
changes. No permit modification is needed and the conditions of the previous permit is still valid along with the
expiration date of March 18, 2022. Please let me know if you have any questions, thanks.
