Please note that the Disturbed Area for Bldg. 1005 is 0.21 acres,
however the Gaston County approval letter states a Disturbed
Acreage of 1.00 acres because the Gaston internal program does
not recognize an area of less than 1.0 acre. In order to issue an
Erosion Control approval, Gaston staff must enter an area of at
least 1.00 acs.

dollars ($10,000).
