Please find the included plan revision to the erosion control plan and revised documents for the Haw Village
project per your comments dated March 27, 2020. The responses to your comments are below in
1. The applicant name in Section 111.1.a. of the SWU-101 application is Haw Village, LLC, while the
company name listed on the NC Secretary of State verification is Haw Village NC, LLC. Please revise the
application to match the proper company name.
Application has been revised.
2. The project name on the application is "Haw Village", while the Supplement EZ form lists it as "Haw
Village Phase 11". Please adjust one of these documents so that the names are the same.
The Supplement EZ form has been revised.
3. Please provide a post -construction grading plan showing at least the grading of the road and the
roadside ditches.
Grading plan has been provided as C603, no grading on the lots is proposed at this time. Builder may
choose to grade lots based on products chosen for the lots, any lot grading will be provided for review
when lots are submitted for erosion control permitting.
4. Please provide a detail of the proposed ditches that shows at least their cross sections, side slopes,
and vegetative cover.
See C302 for roadside ditch section as part of typical road cross section. Sections for the ditches
between lots 91/92 and 94/95 are shown on C602.
5. Please provide calculations for the roadside ditches and any other vegetative conveyances to show that
they will not erode during the peak flow rate from the 10-year storm event.
Calculations are provided and shown on the plans. Liners are specified where required before ground
cover is stable.
6. Provide pdfs of all revisions, 2 hardcopies of revised plan sheets, and 1 hardcopy of other documents.
