Attached is the cover sheet that shows City of Charlotte engineering approval as well as the shop drawing approval for
the arch culvert. The culvert was reviewed by a third party. You might not need it but I thought I'd include it just in

Hey Jonathan,
No pre -con meeting is required, but DWR requires written notice once construction at the approved impact
areas has commenced. They also requested documentation from the City of Charlotte of SW plan approval. If
you send me those, I'll send them a letter about construction commencing and provide the documentation.
PS — Please make sure the contractor has a copy of permit documents.

For projects that have impacts to streams/wetlands does the Corp ever require a pre -con prior to construction or is the
approved permit enough to start work once all other necessary permits have been acquired? I'm specifically talking
about the attached plan for the Silver Crescent Extension at Ayrsley.
