The Division of Water Resources (DWR) acknowledges receipt of your 2019 Annual Report for the
subject permit. A review of this report was conducted by DWR staff person Justin Henderson. Review of
the subject report reflects non-compliance with Permit No. WQ0031672. The following deficiency
warrants your attention and action:
1) Failure to submit three copies of the annual report on or before March 15t, in accordance with
Permit Condition IV. (7.) The subject report was not received until April 7, 2020. All future
annual reports must be submitted on or before March 15t to comply with the submittal
requirements established within the subject permit.
