There is an old wall that is rotten, falling over and eroding behind
it. It has some rock in front of the existing wall that we are going to
reuse.

We plan to remove the old wall due to it is rotten, falling over and
eroding behind it. We will place the new vinyl wall right in the
existing wall's place and use the rock that is already there at the
base of the wall.
